My name is Jeryl Yong

I'm the sound guy for game, live music and recording projects!

With a background in designing games, I create experiences while having audio in mind to immerse the users in the experience or players in the game.

I have a huge enthusiasm in live music, with experience of performing, running productions, and leading bands too.

Game projects I have worked on as the game and sound designer. Recorded sounds, produced soundtracks, ideate mechanics, and more!

Live Music

I have been involved in many aspects of music production for live music, studio recordings, and handled professional audio equipment too. I am in my university's live music club, Muzeka, and was also the president for the year 2024, managing the club, running events while producing music and performing.

For countless live music events, I have performed live music on the electric guitar and bass. On top of that, I took on handling professional audio equipment and logistics, from the setup to running shows and packing up to the studio. I am also well versed in my club's logistics, from managing equipment usage for multiple events, maintenance, and setting up instruments, professional audio equipment, and other admin items for the studio to be ready for the next band's practice.

As president of Muzeka in 2024, I have managed logistics, planned and ran events, watched over my dear members, liaised with external organizers, innovating solutions and more, with my end goal of having a smooth production and making sure my members are well taken care of. From the people to the equipment, I do my best in making the production a great experience for the audience and the people I work with!
